We are accompanying the development of this tragic incident. We have seen that the international community and the world leaders, rather than making efforts to promote constructive dialogue, they demonstrate the preparations for war.
We condemn the Russia invasion of Ukraine. This invasion reminds us of the invasion of Afghanistan in 2001 and Iraq 2003. We observed that western Nations sold weapons into developing countries that led to the death of innocent children in places such as Yemen and other places. We have always declared that millions of refugees in Europe are the result of the conflict promoted by western countries to developing countries.
After receiving the status of a permanent observatory at the United Nations, we supported the UN Secretary General’s call to immediately make a Caesar of the fire in Ukraine.
For us, 20 fragile and conflict affected and post-conflict countries. From the G7+, we see this with sadness, but we hope that world leaders can take this lesson to change their policy on developing countries.
We call for an open and constructive dialogue to end the suffering experienced by the people of Ukraine. World leaders must put aside their strategic and hegemonic interests and increase the suffering people’s interests.
G7+ would like to be a voice for the voiceless. That is why we make this declaration with great confidence that our voices will be heard.
